*He graduated from Tokyo Bread Academy. *After that, He studied at confectionary schools in France and Switzerland. *After that, He worked at the Mr. Philippe Bigot's store in Kobe(Ashiya). *He founded the company in 1989. (He was 25 then.) *In February, He opened his own store, Pain D'Or. |
